I went to get contour injections for my double chin and ended up getting under-eye aegyo-sal filler too. Maybe because I have some fullness in my cheeks, the area under my eyes looked sunken in comparison, so I tried it while I was there. I think it was a good decision to get the aegyo-sal filler as well. Once the under-eye area lifted slightly, the shadowing looked less noticeable and my whole face simply looked more lively than before.
