I was deliberating over whether to get canthoplasty, but the surgeon explained my eye structure and in detail how it would look afterward, so I followed the recommendation. Fortunately, the surgery went very well. I feel the change would not have been this noticeable with double-eyelid surgery alone. The inner corners opened nicely without exposing the lacrimal caruncles, and I also had ptosis correction. I had several procedures at once and expected severe swelling, but since the double-eyelid surgery used non-incisional natural adhesion and the ptosis correction was non-incisional, the swelling seems fairly mild considering I also had canthoplasty. I wanted an in-out crease, and it came out exactly with the atmosphere I was aiming for haha. The surgeon is calm and operates very well~
