My ptosis was severe enough to cover much of my pupil, so I was told that eyelid ptosis correction was essential. My inner corners were also completely covered, so I had medial canthoplasty as well, and I like how the double eyelids turned out in the way I wanted. But before surgery, even opening my eyes was uncomfortable, so the best thing now is simply that I can open them comfortably.
