The consultation manager was honest compared to other hospitals, and maybe because she had more experience, I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. The director also felt very fatherly and easy to talk to. He held my nose with a cotton swab and explained each step one by one. For a first surgery, the price is on the high side, but I guess other places are like that these days too. The pressure to pay a deposit is really intense And they said they don't refund deposits, which I think might be illegal.
