They were professional, and although they didn’t explain everything in super-detailed depth, whenever I asked, they answered so kindly that I felt like I understood everything. The director also explained things in detail, and they were kind, which was nice. I didn’t get a CT scan separately. Still, they were so kind that it all made sense to me.
