I had a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning. The doctor was not kind. If there was one good point, it was that he did not recommend unnecessary surgery. He started speaking in a way that seemed irritated from the beginning of the consultation, so I didn't like it. Still, he seemed to have expertise.
