The staff were kind, and the director seemed kind too, though people may have mixed feelings about the consultation style. I went because of visible cartilage at the tip of my nose, and I just heard the kind of solution you often hear. I wondered whether it was really necessary, but if improvement is wanted, the only direction is to lower the nose ㅠ
