I went in for a consultation for removal purposes because they are known as the three removal specialists, but they said that if I remove my nose, there is a high chance the columella will contract upward, and the tip would become very blunt, so they did not recommend removal. Overall, the consultation was good, and they did not recommend unnecessary things but only pointed out the parts that needed improvement.
