The director isn't the friendly, soft-spoken type. You have to prepare a lot of questions because they only answer what you ask. They do answer everything you ask, but they take a safety-first approach, so the answers feel a bit defensive, e.g. 'I can't guarantee that,' 'we'll have to see when we do it.' This is not the kind of clinic to go to if you want psychological reassurance or a definite answer. I went in for consultation because of columella retraction and tip show. They said if we only remove the cartilage showing through the tip, it can be removed simply without an open approach, and the cost wasn't that high either (under 2 million won). However, for columella retraction surgery, they said septal extension would be necessary, so I didn't choose it.
