There was a bit of a wait at first. The manager explained things in great detail for a long time and was very friendly. One slight disappointment was that there was absolutely no pressure to have surgery or to make a reservation, but there was some pressure around the options..? Like, "If you're going to reduce the alar base, you absolutely have to do this." That kind of feeling was there a bit. (For reference, they have a surgical option here called raising the nasal bridge line that I haven't seen at other clinics.) The director seemed to come in right after surgery and didn't just look at the nose, but analyzed the whole face. If you ask questions, they answer in detail, but they hardly explain anything first..(). He seemed proud and humorous. He said they check by looking at their own nose during surgery, and because everyone's nose is different, before-and-after photos are meaningless, so they don't show any at all. He said they reduce the bridge width little by little during surgery while checking it as they go (I liked that part). I think I will probably get the surgery here, but the price difference is a major feature, with costs being almost 2 to 3 times higher.
