Because of multiple surgeries, my nose was in a pinched state. During the consultation with the director, there was a bit of an awkward silence, and he told me to go back to the place where I had my previous surgery and ask them to add dermis to the area I was most worried about. He didn't seem very confident, so I left quickly. I got the estimate, but it was basically no different from being turned down.
