First of all, the doctor is very unfriendly, but the consultation director is extremely kind. Instead of the doctor, she clearly explained the side effects without being overly optimistic. I get what people mean when they say he is indecisive and they don’t know what he wants them to do. As I listened, I kept thinking, so what are we supposed to do? Instead, the consultation director reassured me by talking about patients she had counseled in the past. On top of that, they definitely do not do unnecessary add-on treatments or overtreatment. She even gave me a useful tip to go to a local ENT clinic and get an endoscopy because there could be an inflammatory sinus reaction.
