I wanted to remove everything, but I was told the tip of the nose could collapse, so I only had the silicone removed. The director recommended not removing it. After removal, there were no side effects at all, but aesthetically it was a little disappointing. They did it by not opening the nose and making only a hole on the side, but on the opposite side where no hole was made, the bone shifted sideways..
