The director and the coordinator were kind. The coordinator also said there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit, and that it was fine to go consult other places comfortably and come back. I thought they would use the septum and ear cartilage, but since I was only slightly lifting the tip of my nose, they said ear cartilage alone would be enough. But they recommended alar reduction, which I had not even been considering, so I’m a bit conflicted. I’m also worried whether it will hold up if they only use ear cartilage, so I haven’t made a reservation yet.
