I went for a consultation because they’re famous for revision surgery. They clearly explained what is and isn’t possible, and it felt like they were trying to match the result to the feeling I wanted as much as possible. Being able to review the CCTV also made me feel more at ease. However, they pressured me to pay the deposit on the same day during the consultation.
