I went for a consultation because of uneven eyes. The director had a good aesthetic sense and explained well how to operate while checking my skin condition. They said to lower the line on the right eye and raise the left by about 1 mm to make both sides symmetrical. The surgery would be incisional, but ptosis correction was unnecessary. When I said another clinic told me I needed ptosis correction, they explained that my eyes protrude slightly, so doing it incorrectly could create a rabbit-eye appearance. Since I do not have ptosis, an incision would be enough to maintain the line and make my eyes look clearer. They also said there was not much room for medial canthoplasty, and only about 1 mm could be done; more would expose the lacrimal caruncle too much. I had said I wanted medial canthoplasty as well. I liked that they did not seem excessive compared with other places, and the cost was quite reasonable even though this was revision surgery.
