When I explained why I was considering revision surgery—the fact that I had not had ptosis correction—she said it could be improved with revision buried-suture surgery and an upper canthoplasty alone, without ptosis correction. If I have revision surgery later, I want to do it here. I also asked about lateral and lower canthoplasty, and she said that because my pupils are relatively small, I could develop a three-white-eye appearance. I trusted them even more after hearing that.
