I did not have a question list for my first consultation tour and just went because I had made up my mind. They took a CT, then I consulted with the coordinator and the surgeon, and the coordinator explained the estimate and price. They said they only operate on three people a day and do not have separate staff incentives, so they do not pressure people into procedures. During the surgeon's consultation, they showed me photos of other people for quite a while and explained in detail what kind of columella and nasal starting point would suit me. However, during the first consultation with the coordinator, there were parts where their opinion about the same shape differed from the surgeon's. I like the nose in the photos the surgeon showed me, but the coordinator's nose, which they said was done here, does not suit me, so I am still deliberating.
