This was a clinic I hesitated over because it felt somewhat different from the look I want and the before-and-after results were not very distinct. However, everything changed when I went for a consultation. They took CT images first, then I met the coordinator, who said there was a very slight hump that I had not noticed. They explained that if it was not shaved down, it could look uneven, and that the non-implant method I wanted was possible! During the surgeon's consultation, they examined my nose very carefully. They explained how the procedure would proceed, but as far as I remember, they did not ask what kind of look I was aiming for... haha. They said my nose had been injured when I was young, so my septal cartilage may have weakened and crumbled, and that they would only know after opening it. For now, we decided to use donated costal cartilage. They also said they would perform alar cartilage binding, and the consultation was extremely detailed. It lasted about 20 minutes. I have paid the surgery deposit and will probably have the surgery here after deliberating a little more. The public CCTV access and postoperative care are excellent.
