The service aspect felt heavily emphasized rather than the medical care itself, which actually made me uncomfortable. It also felt as though that was included in the surgical price. They seemed to pursue glamour rather than naturalness, and the clinic was narrower than expected and crowded, so it was hectic. You could sense it just from the interior and marketing, but there seemed to be many young customers. Still, their consultation-chart management looked fairly systematic, and this was a clinic I had ruled out because the plastic-surgery community had nothing but advertisements for it.
