First of all, the facilities were good and the manager was extremely kind. The doctor also spoke in a very calm tone and did not cut off the customer, or use that annoying doctor-like tone of "you do not know, so I am right," which I appreciated. I could feel that they were trying to match the design I wanted as much as possible... Separately, when I looked into it later, [Doctor A] had some reviews and some experience as a doctor, but [Doctor B], the doctor I consulted with, had few reviews and no previous doctor experience listed, so from a trust standpoint I was slightly unsure. The consultation was very long and detailed, even among the hospitals I had toured, and they physically checked my nose and eyes. There is CCTV, and if you want, a guardian can watch the surgery process through CCTV, and they said I could also receive the video. That part was really good. The one thing that bothered me was that I cannot say there was no push toward making a reservation. The manager did not change attitude when I said I would not book, but they repeatedly mentioned that if I reserved there would be a certain percentage discount and that there would be no loss, and kept emphasizing that. They said the reservation deposit would be 100 percent refundable up until four days before surgery, so there would not actually be any loss, but please keep that in mind. For reference, the consultation fee was 10,000 won, and they said if I later got the deposit refunded, the consultation fee would also be refunded.
