I liked that they did not separately recommend additional procedures or treatments during the consultation. Personally, it was convenient that I could consult only about the areas I wanted and then decide. However, when I visited, the inside of the clinic was much more crowded and hectic than I expected. I had seen some comments in the reviews and expected it to some extent, but in person the waiting area was rather small, and several people had to sit close together on chairs without backrests, which was a little uncomfortable for me. Even after applying numbing cream, I had to wait on the crowded waiting chairs rather than comfortably in a separate area, which was personally disappointing. Several employees were working at the desk, and because multiple people's names were being called at the same time, it felt a little chaotic as a first-time visitor. In particular, I clearly said I wanted treatment around my cheeks, but afterward another employee mentioned treatment under my chin, which momentarily startled me. Fortunately, they confirmed it again before the treatment, but I felt a little uneasy because what I had said and what had been communicated were different. I thought communication among the employees should be more accurate. Still, the doctor who actually performed the treatment was kind, and there were no major inconveniences during the procedure. The pain was not as severe as I had worried it would be, and personally it was quite tolerable. Personally, I am not sure about the treatment's effect.
