I had a consultation with Dr. ㅎㄷㅎ today. I was diagnosed with nasal tip bulbosity, a bulbous nose, a low bridge, and functional rhinoplasty issues (deviated septum, nasal valve stenosis). I went with my mother, and they consulted us kindly, which was nice. They said I would need autologous costal cartilage, so I'm torn... I'll look around more and then decide.
