I had a consultation for a hooked nose + functional surgery, and the order was manager - doctor - manager. The manager was very kind and explained things in detail, and the doctor also pointed out everything I wanted addressed and consulted in a way that focused on improving even the smallest things, which I liked. They said not to do osteotomy, so that eased my worries somewhat, but because my septum is deviated and they recommended using donated rib cartilage, I’m still thinking about it.
