When I went, there was no one waiting, so I liked that the consultation started right away. But the staff at the desk were a bit blunt. On the other hand, the consultation manager was very kind. I liked that the director also made jokes and kept the consultation fun, but there wasn't one point that really stood out, so I'm still torn.
