The consultant, doctor, and other staff were all very kind, which I liked. My appointment was at 11:30, but I arrived about an hour early, filled out a questionnaire, and was taken in for consultation almost immediately. I had planned from the beginning to get double-eyelid surgery here, so I did not consult anywhere else. Almost all weekends in December are already booked, so you should probably go soon.
