Last year I had lower outer canthoplasty and rhinoplasty, and in the end it worked out with zero side effects. It seems like my prognathism also almost completely disappeared after the surgery. When I looked at the clinic's before-and-after photos, I thought they might prefer a flashy style, but when I asked the director for something between natural and softly refined, they did it naturally. Honestly, after getting cosmetic surgery, I did feel a little regret like, maybe I should have made it higher, but on the other hand I also thought that being this natural while still looking much prettier than before really means it was a successful surgery. If I don't say I had surgery, nobody would know. And after it was done, I heard a lot of people say my nose looked pretty, so I'm grateful to the chief director. One thing I do feel a little sorry about in terms of shape is that when seen from the front, the nostrils seem slightly asymmetrical and triangle-shaped. My nostrils were somewhat visible to begin with, so I went back for a consultation wanting only alar base lowering, but the director honestly told me I probably didn't need it and that it would make my nose look bulky. They said if I were to do it, only a very small amount. I also asked about the nasolabial angle, but they said that couldn't be done. I guess I'll just have to correct my jaw.. Anyway, the director's academic background, skill, and aesthetic sense are all excellent, and the surgical results have had no side effects at all, both in appearance and function, so I think I could confidently recommend them to close friends. The director always seemed busy, and the consultation time was very short, but I don't know much about cosmetic surgery either, and I don't think longer consultations are automatically better. It seems like it's enough to communicate the shape and feel I want clearly to the director.
