I had functional rhinoplasty for rhinitis here using autologous costal cartilage and silicone It didn't come out as the straight line I wanted, but more of a slightly straight-sloped feminine look, and at the time that straight-sloped style was actually in fashion, so it was fine The tip of my nose still doesn't feel like it's dropping, and it turned out more naturally than I expected, so I keep getting the urge to get revision surgery again or add functional surgery. Other than a little discomfort in one nostril, maybe because the inside regenerated like a narrowing, the appearance is really good
