The director wasn't exactly kind, but he definitely pointed out the problems well and consulted professionally. I didn't really feel that the manager was rude. I felt like if I had surgery here, there probably wouldn't be problems later on, and since this is a hospital that carves and does the bridge with costal cartilage, I think the results would be reasonably good if I had surgery here. Maybe because I asked so much about functional aspects and side effects, I feel like I didn't get enough consultation about the shape, which is a bit disappointing.
