There wasn't much waiting time, which was nice. Among the patients, there were quite a few younger people, and there were also many younger people waiting for consultations. Some people came with their parents too. The director was meticulous and attentive, and took a lot of time to explain the lines. The problem was that the head coordinator kept recommending booking on the same day.
