I went to Dr. Kim Deok-jung for eye and nose counseling. Actually, the day before, I had already made up my mind that I shouldn’t do nose surgery, but I still went since I had booked the appointment. And because Dr. Kang Bo-young does a lot of eye cases, I called the day before and asked whether I could consult with Dr. Kang, but they said no. Anyway, when I went on the day, I waited about 40 minutes to an hour. I was talking with the counseling director, and I said that I wanted to consult about my eyes with Dr. Kang Bo-young, but since they had said no when I called, I was disappointed. Then I was surprised to end up getting a consultation with Dr. Kang Bo-young. Anyway, when I went in to see Dr. Kang Bo-young, she looked at me and immediately said, "Why did you come so late?ㅋㅋ Your ptosis is severe. It must have been uncomfortable." (Actually, at other clinics they said it wasn’t that serious.) Anyway, I honestly don’t remember the details very well, but when I said I really hated how the tissue above and below the double-eyelid line was puffy, she said it wasn’t fat but skin on the upper eyelid, so there was nothing they could do ㅠ ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Then I waited a bit more and went in to see Dr. Kim Deok-jung. When I said I wasn’t interested in raising the bridge of my nose and wanted to deal with the bulbous tip, he said that while correcting the bulbous nose, there was a very slight hump, so they would fill that part a little, tie the cartilage, and use ear cartilage. I really liked the method. But at that point I wish I had asked about the drooping nasal tip. Anyway, he was really kind and explained things in detail, which I liked. But the counseling director was really terrible. He pushed hard for me to leave a deposit ㅋㅋ On the consultation room, there was a notice about refunds for deposits made 1, 2, or 3 days in advance, so I asked, "What about 4 days in advance?" and his tone was honestly so nasty, saying things like, "If you’re going to have surgery anyway, why does that even matter?" I don’t know if he knows he’s ruining the clinic’s image by talking like that when he’s in sales.
