I chose the consultation because of comments saying they were kind, and there was a style in the review photos that I wanted. The director is kind, but it’s the kind of business-like kindness.. When I asked questions during the consultation and explained the direction I wanted, he seemed bothered. (I think I asked two or three things) I can’t tell whether he was annoyed or that’s just his personality, but satisfaction with the surgery outcome isn’t decided by kindness, so I just didn’t care. The hospital facilities are newly built, so of course they’re clean. Recommended for people who want something natural!
