The director was very thorough. He did sometimes say rude things about my nose, but he also sent me a hopeful message that it could be fixed. The consultation was definitely conducted carefully, just like other people had written. He kept asking if I had any questions, but he didn’t really give me any definite answers. He just said that once the surgery date was set, they would make a silicone model and then build everything step by step from there.
