Honestly, even during the consultation I was really looking forward to it. Lower eyelid surgery, lateral canthoplasty, and full-face fat grafting for 6.6 million won. A week before the surgery, when I went to dissolve the filler I had gotten, they suddenly said the surgeon would be changed. They said the manager I had consulted with couldn’t come out.. I understood that much and thought it could happen. On the day of surgery, they suddenly said I had to pay about 150,000 won more. I paid 6.6 million in cash and then paid again. After the surgery, they said they had done the full-face fat grafting, but they hadn’t done anything at all on the nasolabial area, and the temple area looked like they had either not put anything in or it was still sunken.. Anyway, I thought I could just ask them to redo it later, so I let that go. For the lower eyelid surgery, I had also paid for lateral canthoplasty and had agreed to do it together, but after the surgery something seemed off, so when I asked, they said the consultation doctor had said they would do the lateral canthoplasty too, but the changed doctor said it wasn’t necessary and didn’t do it. I had already paid for it, but I wonder if they even checked the chart.. When I asked the staff, they just told me to ask the manager I had consulted with, and when I finally called to ask, they gave the ridiculous answer that they had not only done lower eyelid surgery but also a midface lift... You can find it just by searching on YouTube, but it’s not like I don’t know what a midface lift is.. I know my own face, and if it had been a midface lift, then that would have been it.. It makes no sense to say they did something we had discussed but didn’t do the thing we discussed, and then claim they did something we never even talked about and not charge for it.. On top of that, when the patient was going home after surgery, they didn’t even give me a prescription, just sent me off, and then called after I got home asking if I could come back.. Anyway, maybe I just had bad luck with Face or maybe I’m the unlucky one, but I was so disappointed that I would never recommend it, not even to people I know. And after the surgery I found out that before fat grafting you’re supposed to dissolve the old filler in advance, but at other places they said they just dissolve it as a free service.. But Face charges the full cost per cc. I should have looked around more, but I just went because someone I knew had gotten a nose job there before and said it was fine, and I didn’t even think to check other places.. That was my mistake..
