The consultation manager is very kind. She's a tall woman, and on a rainy day she even gave me a towel (I almost habitually put the towel in my bag later), and she honestly told me, while showing me a photo of her own friend, that this nose really has some difficulty to it. Also, I hadn't specifically chosen the doctor, but I could tell he was carefully looking at the CT results. I ended up having the surgery somewhere else, but the staff were very kind and it was a clean place.
