But they said that not only would they use autologous cartilage, they would also put an artificial implant in the nasal tip, so I asked, "Won't that cause inflammation?" They reassured me that absolutely nothing like that would happen, and they inserted silicone in the bridge, autologous cartilage, and an artificial implant in the tip. A few months after the surgery, as expected, I developed severe inflammation and had to undergo a second revision surgery.. The doctor's absurd comment that "the surgical environment at that time didn't seem clean"... And they had also said they would provide aftercare for another surgery I had done with them, but when I asked a few days later, they said, "When did I say that?" and treated me like I was crazy. After this, I decided to have all surgeries done in Seoul.
