The director explained everything very well and reassured me a lot. He explained clearly that the parts I didn't want to do would be fine, and in many ways I felt reassured, so I'm considering it. I took off one point because the staff kindness and clinic facilities were a bit disorganized since it was lunchtime, and because they didn't do a CT or ultrasound. I gave the surgery expectations a baseline score, but I'll revise it if I end up getting it done here. I like the vibe so much that I'm seriously considering it.
