I consulted with Dr. Kim Hak-su. He explained everything kindly, and he spoke with such certainty about how I would change that it raised my expectations for the surgery a lot. But maybe the assigned manager wasn't in a good mood today, because her facial expression and attitude were not great. That would have been fine, but she seemed bothered, so I don't think I'll get surgery here because I feel the post-op care would be lacking.
