The hospital was quiet, so I was able to get a consultation right away with no wait. The system was that I first consulted with the manager and then received treatment from the director, and both of them gave me professional advice. In particular, the director accurately pointed out the areas I had been worried about, which surprised me. He seemed like someone who really understands what the patient wants.
