It was my first surgery, so I was a bit flustered, but the manager was extremely kind. The clinic interior was also neat and pretty, and since the doctor works alone, the place felt on the smaller side! There were no pushy recommendations, they explained side effects well, and during the consultation the doctor even drew directly on the pad to explain things, which made it easy to understand.
