I’m slim, but I had surgery because my double chin was severe. Even when I tilt my head down fully, the fat doesn’t pop out, so I’m really satisfied. It’s not a chin line with zero fat like celebrities have, but compared to before I’m completely satisfied. The downside is that the scar is quite large. If you have poor healing skin, be careful.
