I went for a consultation because I wanted alar reduction, and the director explained everything in great detail, almost like giving a lecture, and recommended the surgeries my nose needed in first, second, and third priority order. However, because my nose has small nostrils, the doctor said that an additional columella widening procedure would be needed for the effect to be significant, so I’m still wondering whether it’s even right to do the alar reduction itself...
