I went for a consultation early on, so I couldn't ask many questions. Compared with other hospitals, they gave a relatively simple estimate: remove a small amount of ear cartilage to fill the sunken area and just tie the cartilage. Most other hospitals said that because the cartilage was too small, it wouldn't be enough to do only that, so I excluded this one from my list for now, but the consultation itself was very kind :)
