When I went for a consultation, there were quite a few patients waiting at the hospital. The wait was a bit long too, but since consultations at a plastic surgery clinic require some waiting, I waited. I had a CT scan first and then had a consultation with the director. I don't think my nose is a nose that absolutely needs surgery. Quite a few people around me even think I've already had my nose done. But I wanted surgery because I was being a little greedy and thought it would be even better if only the tip were lifted a bit. But the director seemed to conduct the consultation as if trying to change my nose into his own style. Since the bridge is high, no silicone was placed on the upper part, and he suggested osteotomy, hump smoothing, silicone below the hump smoothing, then lifting the tip with donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage, covering it with ear cartilage, and since the skin is thin, placing donated dermis underneath. That's about all I remember. Still, he did seem confident. After that consultation with the director, I met with the consultation manager. I was shocked when I saw the price estimateㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ For a first surgery, the initial price was over 900ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅌ After hearing the price, I said, huh? Isn't that too expensive for a first surgery? They said there would be a discount here. Even with the discount, it was in the high 700s, almost 800 ^^ No matter how good a hospital and doctor may be, I thought that price for a first nose surgery was absurd. I went there because it was said to be really hot these days, but if my nose were to proceed as discussed, it would be too flashy, so I passed.
