The director consulted with real sincerity and explained well what could be done, what couldn't be done, and the direction of the surgery. In particular, I was so grateful that the consultation manager ㅇㅇㅇ spoke so sincerely, like she was worrying about a close acquaintance. Overall, it was a very satisfying consultation.
