I started the consultation by saying I wanted a no-implant nose surgery because I was worried silicone would cause an inflammatory reaction. My nasal bridge was about average, and other places had recommended silicone, but here the doctor seemed confident in their own skill and said it was possible. I even set a surgery date for a month later, but I eventually became skeptical about nose surgery in general and canceled it. This is just what I remember from a consultation 2-3 years ago.
