The manager was kind, but the director’s tone was a bit... not great. I showed him the nose photo I wanted, and he even laughed at it, saying that while he could raise it to that extent, having nose surgery on my current face wouldn’t make me much prettier. He seems good at giving realistic advice. He recommended using rib cartilage, and since it’s rib cartilage, the estimate definitely came out high. Still, the wait wasn’t long, and because they specialize in noses, I felt trust in many ways.
