The procedure was carried out at the scheduled time without much waiting. They said autologous costal cartilage would be used, and depending on the situation they could also use additional cartilage or dermis. They also mentioned cartilage from the chest harvest side, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm, but since that depends on the situation at the time of surgery, they said they can't confirm anything now. (It was a revision surgery and I wanted the silicone removed, so I think that's why they said it like that.) It matched the ideal nose line I wanted. I was concerned about the line that bends from the bridge when viewed from the side and the angle, with a low glabella and a raised tip, and they caught that part exactly. Since my nose is quite flashy, they said it could also be made more natural if I wanted. I was satisfied that the consultation didn't feel rushed by time.
