The consultation was good at first! They explained how it would become a pinched nose and what side effects there could be, and recommended autologous costal cartilage! It's a little different from what I was thinking, so I'm still deciding. They said that if I used autologous costal cartilage, the range of nose movement would probably decrease a bit. But they also said that if I used ear cartilage, it could collapse, so for now I'm still thinking..
