First of all, the director really looked tired.. It was my first visit there, so I was a bit nervous.. And they definitely have their own aesthetic and seem confident in their skill. They probably like a slightly glamorous, slender look. Even though I said I wanted to do it without implants, they said they would use silicone, and insisted on autologous costal cartilage, so... the results would probably have been good, but since it was my first surgery I chose another hospital.
